The Quantum Threat
Is Not Hypothetical.

Current blockchain cryptography will be broken by quantum computers. The question is not if, it's when.

ECDSA & RSA at Risk

Most blockchains rely on elliptic-curve cryptography, which is provably breakable by Shor's algorithm on sufficiently large quantum computers.

Harvest Now, Decrypt Later

Adversaries are already collecting encrypted blockchain data today, waiting for quantum capability to decrypt it retroactively.

$67T+ at Stake

Global digital asset markets and financial infrastructure face catastrophic exposure as quantum hardware matures.

INTRODUCING AITHORCHAIN

A New Foundation for
Quantum-Safe Infrastructure.

AithorChain is a Layer-1 blockchain built on the Substrate framework, combining NIST-standardized post-quantum cryptographic algorithms (ML-DSA-87, ML-KEM-768, Falcon-512) with Blake2-256 committed batch transfers. It is designed from the ground up to remain secure in a post-quantum world, with a protocol-level carbon fund that allocates 10% of all transaction fees.

Unlike retrofitted solutions, AithorChain's quantum resistance is baked into the protocol layer — from transaction signing to P2P networking to consensus block authoring.

Built Different. By Design.

Every mechanism engineered for long-term viability and quantum survival.

ML-DSA-87

Post-Quantum Signatures

NIST FIPS 204 ML-DSA-87 (Dilithium5) replaces classical ECDSA/Ed25519 for all transaction signing. Account IDs derived via Blake2-256 hash of Dilithium public keys.

ML-KEM-768

Quantum-Safe P2P Transport

Native Noise pqXX handshake via the Clatter framework with ML-KEM-768 key encapsulation. Protects block propagation, transaction sync, and consensus gossip on the actual connection.

FALCON-512

Post-Quantum Consensus

Both Aura block authoring and GRANDPA finality are upgraded to Falcon-512 (FN-DSA) keys, ensuring a fully quantum-safe consensus pipeline.

BLAKE2-256

Public Batch Transfers

Up to 512 transparent transfers behind a single ML-DSA-87 signature (~4.6 KB). Each batch committed on-chain via rolling Blake2-256 hash chain with per-account nonce replay protection.

RUST-WASM

Substrate-Based Runtime

Built on Polkadot SDK with Aura (6s blocks) + GRANDPA (~12s deterministic finality). Forkless runtime upgrades, 10 MB max block size, 4s compute budget.

10% FEES

Carbon Fund by Design

10% of every transaction fee automatically routed to the Carbon Fund (ait/crbn). Accumulates from fees only — never pre-minted. Disbursement governed by Council 2/3 supermajority.

COUNCIL

On-Chain Governance

Bicameral Council + Technical Committee with 2/3 supermajority for privileged operations. Epoch-based validator rewards every 100 blocks (~10 min). 80% fees to validators, 10% Treasury.

WOTS+ & FALCON

Cross-Chain Bridges

Trust-minimized bridge suite connecting Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin, and Polkadot. Uses WOTS+ signatures and Falcon-512 to secure cross-chain assets against quantum threats.
